PAYMENT FOR CLASS
Once a registration form has been sent in, an acknowledgement email will be sent to attendee. At that time, a check should immediately be sent in to AGWS for payment for the class. This payment information is the same no matter what location/class you select.

Amount to send is based on when registration form is sent in. See bottom of form for amount. Payment MUST be received prior to the first day of class. Any other arrangements must be approved by Ruth Maloy prior to the first day of class.
If AGWS has to cancel the class for any reason, a full refund of the payment will be issued. If the attendee would prefer, we can retain the monies towards a future class.
If circumstances change and the registered person cannot attend, the dealership may send someone else in their place. This change needs to be conveyed to Ruth Maloy immediately. If no one is available to take that spot in the class, a full refund will be issued as long as Ruth is notified at least 24 hours in advance of the first class. If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the first day, the refund will be reduced equal to the cost of the hotel room for one night.
