Although everything on this website revolves around the 4 day classes we offer, we realize not everyone can get away from their job for that long. With that in mind, AGWS University, in partnership with the MarKee Group, has launched "e-Complete" online video training.
This revolutionary training currently includes over 500 video segments specifically designed to build and refine the skill sets of dealership staff from Receptionists to General Managers. There are segments about Compliance and Ethics, Effective Verbal Communication, Effective Communication through Text and E-mail as well as segments for Greeting and Reception to Sales, F&I and Service. We have started and will continue to add videos about our products into the video library as well. Segments average between 6-10 minutes in length and include printable course materials and testing. Student’s progress are tracked and recorded. Reports keep you informed of your student’s progress and certificates of completion are available to print as needed.
We have developed a quick reference guide that explains who to contact at AGWS and how to sign up and login to view the sessions. The guide shows screen shot examples of suggested lesson plans, course listings, content and materials, reports and the printable certificate.
